I'm not sure why I haven't blogged about my photo adventures yet. It is a complete combination of things I love. I LOVE to write, nothing crazy just expressing thoughts, and I LOVE to photograph. So why not write about who and what I photograph? Bingo!

To kick things off, I thought that explaining a bit about the Hansen Family, and our time together would be the perfect first post. Noah and Rebecca are first and foremost friends to myself and Adam (boyfriend), and have three beautiful, smart, personality filled baby girls. Having dinner and playing games at their house is always a fantastic time. But when they asked me to document their family's lifestyle and who they REALLY are, I was so super excited for the chance to mix things up.. Don't get me wrong, I love the dreamy light, soft flowing, dramatic shots as much as the next girl. But there is just something about capturing candid moments that are full of genuine personality and love that will always make me crave more.

I love these photos. I love how obviously each girls very unique personality shines through. I love that Noah and Rebecca let me just straight up follow them around, get in their personal space, stand on furniture, lay on things, the norm, to get some of the shots. It was a refreshing and welcomed take on a normal family session that I feel fit the personality of their individual home perfectly. Scroll for some of my favorites! :)
